Marisol Perez is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at 1st 2nd Mortgage Co. She has been in the Real Estate business for nearly all of her life. When she was about 19 she began her journey as a Real Estate Secretary. Her love for the field led her to the Title Insurance business where she became a licensed Title Insurance Producer for about 7 ½ years. Wanting to further her knowledge in the field, she went on from the Title Insurance business, and dabbled a bit more in the real estate world when she moved to California in 2001 – and let’s just say the California days were great, but it was time to come home after about 7 years of absolute . . . . . fun! (perhaps she can fill you in on the fun when you sit with her during your mortgage consultation).
Upon returning to NJ, Marisol re-entered the Title Insurance field. However, with her drive and growth mindset, she wanted to learn more, and so – she became a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Marisol’s vision is to be the Loan Officer of choice for first-time home buyers as well as the experienced owner, by building relationships on a foundation of sound principles, values, ethics and 100% transparency. She absolutely loves the competitive nature of the mortgage business and has a no-nonsense approach – which helps her deliver personalized service; and having the vast experience and knowledge in the real estate field certainly helps to keep her borrowers at ease from origination to closing.
Originally from NJ, Marisol is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of the Office, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She volunteers regularly within her church community, and in her spare time, you’ll find her OM’ing in a hot yoga class, hiking, kayaking or crafting.
