Emotional Healing Through Mindfulness and Forgiveness

Tune in to learn about how you can heal emotionally by being present in the moment, practicing mindfulness and breathing techniques, and forgiving. Special Guest Ernesto Alejandro Espin will share with us how he was able to heal and give us some tips and practical advice on how we can begin the process. 
  Ernesto earned his undergraduate studies in international business with a minor in political science from New Jersey City University in 2014. Currently, he is pursuing a master’s degree in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance at NYU. In 2011, he was a NJ Governor’s Hispanic Fellow and interned at the Ecuadorian Permanent Mission to the United Nations in 2012.
