Nancy Loo is the founder of Dumpling Diplomacy. She started her career in the financial services industry and has served as technology director for a number of agencies. Entities for which she’s developed projects include the World Wildlife Fund, Thomson Reuters, the Coalition for the Homeless, and Elizabeth Arden. Nancy holds a physics degree from Columbia University.
