Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art and dance form that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It was practiced by enslaved Africans in Brazil at the beginning of the 16th century. Special Guest David Morgan, founder of the Afro-brazilian cultural center of New Jersey, speaks to us about the form of art and how it was born.
